Good hosts deserve guests who know the rules.

Start with a $50 host document review. Once payment is confirmed, we assess registration, photos, safety information, fees, cancellation terms and house rules. A property visit, photography and listing package are quoted separately. Approval is not guaranteed.

A fair agreement protects both sides

  • Guests receive private use of the rented interior.
  • No indoor or hidden host cameras.
  • Disclose exterior cameras and their views before booking.
  • Set clear rules for smoking, parties, visitors and damage.
  • Document claims and give both sides a chance to respond.

Hosts must meet applicable registration and operating requirements. Listing acceptance is subject to review.
