BAHAMAS LAND SURVEY COORDINATION
Tell us where the land is and what work you need. Submit an existing plan privately, review a written survey quote, agree to the scope, and pay the 50% deposit before a surveyor is assigned.
THE PROCESS
Give the island, settlement, property directions, lot reference and purpose. Upload the plan or other records inside your private account.
We check the records and access needs, then provide a job-specific price, scope and agreement for your review. You agree to the current version before payment.
After agreement, we provide a separate link for 50% of the quoted survey price. We confirm payment before arranging an available qualified surveyor. The balance follows the written terms.
WHAT THE SURVEYOR NEEDS TO KNOW
Island, settlement, street or landmark, subdivision, lot and block, approximate size, directions or a map pin. Explain how the crew can enter the land.
Boundary or missing markers, an old plan, sale, loan, building, fence, levels and drainage, setting out, or subdivision. Tell us the plan or other result you need and your deadline.
Existing survey plan, deed or conveyance, Crown grant reference, visible corner pegs, fences, buildings, vegetation and any boundary concern. Explain who owns or authorizes the work.
A surveyor may ask follow-up questions after inspecting the records. A lawyer should handle title or ownership disputes. Planning or building approvals, when needed, are separate.
Field setup, angles, levels, bearings, point plotting and error checks are available through paid training access. We confirm the training price and activate the tools after payment.
View training accessCreating an account and requesting a quote does not book fieldwork. The written agreement and job-specific deposit come after we review the request.
Sign in and submit a planThe existing $50 consultation is a separate service and is not a deposit toward an unquoted survey.
